Shipping & Delivery Instructions
1. Shipping Lead Time
Orders are normally processed and packed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or official public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Standard delivery takes 5 to 20 working days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, enabling full tracking of your shipment.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier capacity shortages, holidays and other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Pre-order items will be shipped within the timeframe stated in the product title on the listing page.
- All shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

2. Customs Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes are already included in the product price. No additional customs fees will be required upon receipt of your parcel.
Shipments to eligible regions are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
3. Delivery Tracking
Tracking information is available for all shipping methods. Your tracking number will be automatically sent to you once your package leaves our warehouse.
If you fail to receive the dispatch notification, please contact our customer service via email directly.
4. Shipping Address
Please provide a secure and reliable delivery address. NORYBRAND shall not be liable for lost or stolen parcels.
Ensure your city and postal/zip code are filled in accurately and match the information in our system. Orders can only be dispatched after address verification. You may provide origin shipment details if necessary.
Physical residential addresses are recommended. We do not support delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers as they cannot guarantee the safety of goods.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping courier. NORYBRAND accepts no liability or compensation for lost or stolen shipments.
