Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

15-Day Returns

You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, contact norybrand100@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send items back before your request is approved. We will provide the return address and instructions after approval. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Exchanges

For non-quality returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including return instructions where needed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled or shipped. To request cancellation, email norybrand100@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or made-to-order products, and items that are worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or packaging are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be returned in the condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error, or where required by applicable law.
